Production
Q: How should I place an order?
A: Please contact us via info@maglav.studio. We will estimate your order for free and then send you an estimation sheet.
Q: What can you do for me?
A: We concentrate on creating the ‘missing parts’ of your songs. For example if you song need some guitars recorded or need to be mixed & mastered, we can do that for you.
Q: What genres of music you make?
A: We mainly focus on Pop/Rock/EDM music but we will accept any challenge of other genres.
Q: Can I just order a single part instead of full production?
A: Yes, you can always only order the parts you need.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: We mainly use email as our communication tool. Other than that we use Wechat, Line, and Skype. If you need voice communication please contact us in advance.
Q: I have some already written lyrics, can you write some music for it?
A: Yes.
Q: How does the process work?
A: Place an order→Estimation→Payment of 50% as advance deposit→Production→Check and accept(mp3 files) → Payment of the rest → Delivery (Wav files)
Delivery
Q: What format of files will you deliver?
A: We deliver in 44.1 khz 32 bit Wav files. But we can also provide other file formats depend on your need. Please contact us for more information.
Q: How long does it take for you to finish a song?
A: We can finish a song in 1~2 weeks. We also provide option for emergency delivery. Please contact for more information.
Q: Can you burn CDs for me?
A: We can burn a small amount of CDs for you. If you need a vast amount of copy, we can help to contact other CD pressing companies.
Q: How many revisions do you offer?
A: Until we send you final Wav files , we can make changes for you as many times as you need. But we might ask for extra fee for significant changes.

Q: Is there any limitation of the music you delivered?
A: Unless the song is composed by us, you can use the music we delivered freely, But for re-selling it to others, please contact us.
Q: Can I claim you works as mine because I’ve paid you to work for me?
A: Sorry, we do reserve the right to claim to be the creator of our own works, even the copyright is not belong to as.
Payments
Q: I’m a first time customer, I don’t know if I can trust you.
A: We encourage our first time customers paying us via Soundbetter , which is a third party platform that will hold the fund and will only release the fund to us until the customer is 100% satisfied with the result. For more information about paying via Soundbetter, Click Here.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currenly we accept bank transfer and paypal as our main payment method. And we also accept other methods like alipay & wechat payment.
Q: Can I cancel during the production process?
A: Yes you can but depend on the situation we may not refund the advance deposit to you.
Q: Can I pay by instalments?
A: Sorry currently we don’t support instalment.
Q: If I’m not satisfied with the finished product, can I ask for a refund?
A: Yes. When we deliver, we will first send you mp3 files to make sure you’re satisfied with the production. We’ll only send the wav file and ask for remaining payment when you’re satisfied with our services.
